了解刪除帳號、個人資料與訂閱之間的差別。
帳號與相關資料
帳號資料、觀看紀錄與播放進度、喜歡（按讚）、收藏、留言，以及 Coins 與內容權益，將依實際可執行流程刪除或去識別化。處理前可能需要確認帳號所有權及申請範圍。
保存與處理時間
部分交易、安全或依法須保存的紀錄可能有保留需求；如適用，將依個案說明保留範圍及原因。刪除與備份清除依資料類型及實際可執行流程處理，不保證立即或同步清除。
Google Play 訂閱需另外管理
刪除 App 或申請刪除 Panelia 帳號，不能取代 Google Play 的取消訂閱程序，也不等於提出退款申請。如有訂閱，請另至 Google Play 的「付款與訂閱」管理。
保護您的資料
請勿在公開留言中張貼帳號資訊，亦不要提供密碼、驗證碼或購買 Token。您依適用法律享有的資料權利不受本頁說明限制。

Send an account and associated personal data deletion request to panelia.support@gmail.com, preferably from your account email. The button prepares an email; you must send it yourself. Account data, viewing history/progress, likes, favorites, comments, Coins and content entitlements will be deleted or de-identified through the applicable operational process. Some records may require retention for legal, transaction or security needs. No fixed processing or backup deletion timeframe is promised. Never send passwords, OTPs or your Google password. Manage Google Play subscriptions separately; removing the app or requesting account deletion does not replace subscription cancellation.
